The Real Deal reports Citadel founder Ken Griffin closed a purchase of Moishe Mana's roughly 30-acre Mana Wynwood complex valued at $1B-plus, tied to the new Carnegie Mellon Miami campus. Earlier (Sept 4) reports put the value at $700M to over $1B; neither party had confirmed terms, and the exact price is not verified here.
